Sukh Johal in his role as a marketing representative and investor to raise funds for the Innovation Village Project at 9525 King George Boulevard. $40M was raised through investors in a limited partnership to build a multi-phase 3 building seniors care focused community. This B-roll video footage is from the Canada Day 150 Event in 2017. This project (July 26 2021) is in process of receiving a development permit from the City of Surrey.
